Helpful information
Both apartments have underfloor heating, which guests can adjust independently for maximum comfort. The Wi-Fi connection, offered free of charge via the Starlink system, guarantees fast and stable browsing at all times.
Self check-in is available from 3 p.m., with a refundable security deposit required, subject to verification of the condition of the accommodation at check-out, which must be completed by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
The outdoor areas are monitored by cameras to ensure the safety of all guests. Parking is free and located outside the building.

The hot tub is shared exclusively with guests staying in the neighbouring apartment; use by relatives, friends or other visitors is not permitted.
Appliances not included
Among the services not included, we would like to point out that there is no oven, dishwasher, washing machine or air conditioning, and no food, drinks or condiments are provided. Upon request, it is possible to book e-bike hire, which must be reserved by the day before.
Guests and Pets
Our establishment is reserved exclusively for adult guests.
Please note that pets are not allowed and it is not permitted to organise private parties or host additional guests overnight, either in the apartments or in the common areas.
How to get here
During the winter months, snow chains or winter tyres are required to reach the chalet.
Cleaning
The flat is cleaned only at the time of check-out. For stays of one week, linen will also be changed halfway through your stay. Upon request, a cleaning service is also available during your stay.
